Quality Management Guarantees
Innovation and Competence
To guarantee the safety of our products, our Quality Management System according to ISO EN 9001:2000 and ISO 22000:2005, has the following core elements:
HACCP Concept
Based on the 12 HACCP stages of the codex alimentarius, all our business sector product groups and activities are periodically reappraised by a competent HACCP team. This includes the grain collecting centres, warehouse keepers, and transport.
Risk Management
With the increase in networking and the speed of market growth, making projections and risk estimates – seen as dangers and opportunities at the same time – are becoming indispensable for the successful management of an enterprise. On the basis of periodic checks, we describe the current situation, identify potential risks and categorise them. These risks are then either avoided through a variety of measures for each category, confined, passed on to a third party, or, where unavoidable, confronted.
GMO Safety Concept
This is our guarantee that we will continue to bring products to the market which do not require a GMO declaration.
Monitoring Harmful Substances
The above mentioned measures are verified by comprehensively monitoring all product groups. This is our guarantee that we will meet our responsibility with regard to product safety, supervise our suppliers concerning products and contract requirements, and take preventative action on the quality of the raw materials.
Good Collecting Centre Practice
Our affiliated depots are equipped with a comprehensive QM Handbook, containing binding regulations for all relevant stages of the procedure, according to the HACCP concept. Periodical audits in cooperation with recognised certifying companies guarantee that our guidelines are met.
Further Development of our Quality Management
We attach a great deal of importance to applying innovative and practical measures in cooperation with our business partners, to meet the high quality requirements of today’s food and feed production.
