This bundles the supply of milling wheat of all quality classes and speciality crops such as rye and spelt for processors. This ensures the best possible marketing revenues.

In addition to our domestic supply, we also trade milling grain of foreign origin, the quality of which is tailored to the needs of Swiss processors.
