Quality management

To ensure our product safety, fenaco Grain, Oilseeds, Feedstuffs (GOF) has a comprehensive quality management system in accordance with ISO EN 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018. We are also certified (in some cases for individual locations) in accordance with GMP+ B3, Bio Suisse, Donau Soja and Europe Soya.

HACCP concept

fenaco GOF also has an HACCP concept in accordance with the 12 HACCP stages of the codex alimentarius. Among other things, this requires comprehensive hazard analyses for all our products, the identification of critical control points and continuous monitoring of the system.

GMO concept

The aspect of GMO safety is given the highest priority by fenaco. In particular, it is important to comply with statutory and private law regulations. These can be found in the Feedstuffs Ordinance, the Feedstuffs Book and the Organic Farming Ordinance and their annexes, in the LGV, in the BioSuisse regulations and in the label programmes.

fenaco GOF trades exclusively in products that are not subject to GMO declaration under Swiss and European legal standards.

NIR network and calibration ring

fenaco GOF offers whole grain samples for the inspection and calibration of NIR devices as part of the calibration ring. This can be done with or without automatic control by the DIGeFa laboratory in Detmold. The devices participating in the ring are adjusted by service partners before harvesting and periodically verified by the laboratory. This ensures constant and accurate measurements of all appliances in the ring.
